Summary: "Senior Walk"

This DVD not only gives you a low impact workout, but it will keep your attention and give you quite a laugh as you watch these seniors attempting to follow Leslie through this exercise program. It really will give you a good workout, but I think as a senior you will simply enjoy viewing it as you go. Leslie has quite a versatile group here and although the majority of the seniors taking part in this DVD are quite agile and able to keep up, there are a few that send me into fits of laughter as they perform all sorts of antics trying to keep up with the pace and the music as well as Leslie's instructions. It's an older DVD which doesn't matter at all because the workout is still going to get you fit; it's fun to see how young Leslie looks and to experience her wonderful personality as she tries to help these seniors understand the importance of exercise. I love it and use it on a regular basis; it truly starts my day off with a laugh and a feel-good feeling if I use it first thing in the morning. Buy it and have some fun!

I bought this for my 83 year old mother. Before sending it to her, I tried it and enjoyed the workout. It's about 30 minutes and easy to follow.

Summary: "The best ever workout for new exercisers~"

I am in my 50's and have never enjoyed exercising. I have tried going to a gym, have paid for personal trainers, and have attempted walking by myself. I had heard about Leslie's videos and this one interested me because it did not have jumping around, needed no equipment, and was not a risk for my weak low back. Anyway, I am on Day 4 using this video, which I use later in the evening, and I love it. I have recommended it to my coworker and she is going to order soon. A benefit I did not foresee is that I have a nice deep, quality sleep at night now. I know it is from exercising. I am hooked on this video and not about to stop exercising. IF YOU HAVE BEEN RELUCTANT TO EXERCISE, THIS DVD SHOULD MAKE IT HAPPEN FOR YOU. GIVE IT A TRY.

This is a fun kind of aerobic exercise dvd that won't kill you. She is not one of these ego maniac exercise guru's that demand you do everything she does and don't stop. Really like her concern for you as a person and doing what is good for your body.

Summary: "Very disappointed."

I ordered this DVD thinking that it would help me exercise inside in winter - This is the WORST exercise dvd I have ever tried. Leslie Sansone has no idea how to teach a class - she talks and laughs non-stop which is very annoying. I tried it several times thinking I would get use to it but realized that she makes mistakes all the time. The only thing I wanted to do with this DVD is discarding it in the trash. Do not loose your money ordering this DVD. Not worth it.
